Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

Atlanta Plumbing Masters provides professional plumbing services including:

  • Emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Drain cleaning and sewer line services
  • Water heater installation and repair
  • Leak detection and pipe repair
  • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing services
  • Commercial plumbing solutions
  • Preventive maintenance programs

Service Area and Availability

Our services are available in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas within Fulton County. Emergency services are available 24/7, while regular services are provided Monday-Friday 7AM-8PM, Saturday 8AM-6PM, and Sunday emergency service only.

Pricing and Payment

Service Charges

All service charges will be clearly communicated before work begins. Emergency services may include additional charges for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty on all repairs and installations, subject to normal wear and tear. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal aging of components.

Parts Warranty

Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. We will replace defective parts at no charge during the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Atlanta Plumbing Masters' liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or loss of use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about plumbing issues
  • Ensuring safe access to work areas
  • Clearing work areas of personal belongings
  • Providing utilities (water, electricity) as needed
  • Obtaining necessary permits when required
  • Following maintenance recommendations

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched. A service charge may apply for no-show appointments.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.
