  • All work is performed by licensed plumbers in accordance with local building codes
  • Service recommendations are based on visual inspection and professional judgment
  • Hidden conditions may exist that are not apparent during initial assessment
  • Customer approval is required before any work exceeding the original estimate

Warranty Limitations

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Our lifetime warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear of components
  • Damage from freezing, earthquakes, or other acts of nature
  • Modifications made by other contractors
  • Damage from chemical drain cleaners or harsh chemicals

Parts Warranty

Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. We will facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.

Service Area and Availability

Service Area

Our primary service area includes Atlanta and surrounding areas within Fulton County. Service to areas outside our primary zone may include additional travel charges.

Emergency Service

While we strive to provide 24/7 emergency service, response times may vary based on weather conditions, technician availability, and service demand. Emergency service rates apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls.

Property Access and Safety

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas
  • Remove personal belongings from work areas
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Provide accurate information about plumbing systems
  • Obtain necessary permits when required by local authorities

Safety Considerations

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or when proper access cannot be provided. Additional charges may apply for work requiring special safety equipment or procedures.

Pricing and Payment Disclaimers

Estimate Accuracy

Estimates are based on information provided and visual inspection. Final costs may vary if additional work is discovered or if conditions differ from initial assessment. Customer approval is required for any work exceeding the original estimate by more than 10%.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge applies for returned checks.

Environmental and Code Compliance

Building Code Compliance

All work is performed to meet current Georgia building codes and local regulations. However, existing plumbing systems may not meet current codes, and we are not responsible for bringing entire systems up to current standards unless specifically contracted to do so.

Environmental Considerations

We dispose of materials in accordance with local environmental regulations. Additional charges may apply for disposal of hazardous materials or special waste handling requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Atlanta Plumbing Masters' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of use or business interruption
  • Damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during initial inspection
  • Damage from customer modifications or third-party work
